Check your email for the links and details for the event. 

Here's what to do now to get the most from our time together:

  1. Look out for the confirmation email coming shortly. It has the unique links to join the training
  2. Join the Facebook group where you can find a community of others who are also in recovery and you can get your questions answered
  3. Block out the time in your calendar - Thursday February 8th, Tuesday February 13th and Thursday February 15th all at 6:00-8:00PM GMT/London Time (you can use this link to work out what time this is for you if you don't live in the UK)
  4. Think about the questions you have right now about your recovery (as there will be time for Q&A)
  5. Bring a notepad and pen, turn your phone to silent and come out of any other apps/tabs
