"Chris gave me the keys to my life"
Before: âIâd been back and forth to doctors, tried every therapy, holistic treatment, and wellness tactic going, but I felt like crap, every day, mentally and physically. I was convinced there was something seriously wrong with meâŚâ
After: âToday is the first time since perhaps being a child that I am able to thrive internally and externally. Chris was the missing piece of the puzzle. Chris gave me the keys to my life and Iâll always be grateful.â

"Life is so so much better without having eating issues.â
Before: âWhenever I sought help in the past I felt ânot sick enough,â probably because itâs hard to recognise all the areas in your life that are being compromised by your disordered behaviours, when youâve just gotten used to feeling mediocre all the time.â
After: âTalking to Chris I became more aware of my values and what I want to achieve. Life is so so much better without having eating issues.â

"The best investment I could make for myself and my future."
Before: âDespite working with a nutritionist and a therapist for more than a year, I was still firmly entrenched in the hellish prison of âquasiâ recovery, unable to comprehend how I could completely walk away from what I believed to have been my identity for as long as I could remember. Nor could I imagine a way forward without it.â
After: âI knew from the first few minutes of speaking with Chris that working with him was going to be the best investment I could make for myself and my future. I am eternally grateful to Chris for the gifts he has given me in our time together and know they will continue to illuminate my path ahead to a free and fulfilling future.â

Live Training #1 - The One Crucial Factor Thatâs Essential For Making A Full Recovery
Recovery is challenging and itâs not a quick fix. It involves doing things that you're deeply afraid of. And not just once, but repeatedly.
But despite this, people do recover. And for my clients, not only do they recover, but they reach a place of FULL RECOVERY.Â
So how do they do this? During this training you'll get the crucial factor that is essential for reaching full recovery. And the best part? It's something that we can all learn.Â
Â
Live Training #2 - Five Mistakes That Most People Make In Eating Disorder Recovery And How To Avoid ThemÂ
Itâs not uncommon for eating disorders to last years or decades. And this is true, even when someone is trying to recover.Â
A big part of why eating disorders persist, even when pursuing recovery, is a misunderstanding of what to focus on. This even happens recovery facilities, where they really should know better.
Would you like to know the mistakes to avoid?
-  The biggest issue in recovery and it's being perpetuated by nearly all in-patient facilities.Â
- A huge trap which keeps you feeling like you're getting nowhere despite putting in tons of effort.Â
- The most common mistake being made by those doing recovery on their own.Â
- The least talked about mistake and it's connected to biases that providers (coaches, dietitians, therapists) have about recovery. Â
- A mistake that all humans make that if you can master it in recovery, you'll be set for the rest of your life.
In this training not only will you discover the most common mistakes...you'll also get what to do instead.
Â
Live Training #3 - The Six Pillars Of Full Recovery
While you are unique and so is your recovery, there are many universal aspects of both eating disorders and the recovery process. In fact, you have much more in common with others than you realise (despite how the eating disorder and isolation leaves you feeling).Â
Eating disorder recovery can be broken down into six pillars:Â
- This is where it all starts and is something you'll come back to again and again.Â
- This one is connected to a huge fear of of the disorder and what you fear you'll lose in recovery.Â
- This is commonly referred to as "mental fortitude" and I'll explain how to develop it. Â
- This is at the root of everything connected to why the disorder started and what's needed for recovery.
- This addresses one of the biggest things that the disorder takes from you.
- Finally, this is the glue that holds it all together to keep your recovery on track.
During this training you'll get why each pillar is crucial, what's included in it and how you can get started in your recovery immediately!

Before:Â âI had a lot of anxiety around my health, and I started to feel that I could only eat things that were very healthy for my body, otherwise, I would be putting myself at risk of all kinds of diseases. I had completely lost the connection that allowed me to listen to my body and what it needed.â
After:Â âIâm not constantly worrying that my body isnât getting what it needs. I now feel so differently about how I look, itâs not like the critical thoughts never cross my mind, but I am able to see them for what they are and let them go more easily, and realise that how I look isnât what is most important to me, itâs how I feel.â

"Our work together has both saved my life and created an opportunity for me to truly live."
Before:Â âI didnât have my period, had just been diagnosed with osteoporosis, was underweight, and barely eating 1000 calories day. I was peeing about 5 times a night and was struggling with waking up and wanting to eat in the middle of the night. I hated being alive.â
After:Â âI am starting to see that my body is capable of functioning normally. I feel like a teenager again. I am enjoying life, eating whatever I want, and having fun. Our work together has both saved my life and created an opportunity for me to truly live.â

"When you are out the other side you will wonder why you left it so long."
Before:Â "I kept my calories really low on a normal day (mentally beating myself up if I went over this). I was up at 6am for a 7am cardio class every weekday morning, taking pro plus and metabolism boosters to get me there. My muscles were constantly in pain; I developed injury after injury, never giving myself time to recover. I was exhausted."
After:Â âSix months later and I am admiring my growing baby bump. I now know how my body works, I know what it needs, and I know the warning signs when itâs not getting what it needs. I could not recommend working with Chris highly enough. He is young, he is smart, he is funny, he is human. And when you are out the other side you will wonder why you left it so long. Itâs your right to feel great.â
